Unveiling culture hidden in indigenous language
Somiwon A Shishak is a member of the Ishi collective. She is a writer and a translator exploring domains of the Tangkul language as a tool for embracing indigeneity. She holds an MA in English from Banaras Hindu University and has previously worked as a Facilitator at One UP Book Studio in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. She has also volunteered at Umeed and Commotion India and has an experience in navigating healthy conversation spaces for those battling dead relationships.
