Furthermore, Ariba serves as a Researcher and Photographer under the Sangtam Naga Documentation Committee,under the Government of Nagaland, actively contributing to the documentation of the Traditional Dress and Ornaments of the Sangtam Naga tribe. This ongoing project is poised to be the first book dedicated to the cultural attires and ornaments of the Sangtam  Naga tribe, a community situated along the Burma border, historically reliant on oral traditions. Ariba, a first-generation graduate from his village, stands as one of the pioneering individuals in the documentation of the rich heritage of the Sangtam tribe.
