Anugrah Pandi Lepcha is a Social Worker and a Research Scholar currently doing her Ph.D. on the topic “Conservation of Ecology Through Indigenous Knowledge”. She also has a research paper published on the same. As a small town girl she believes in living her dreams one day at a time with God by her side.
Children, education and mental health are her areas of interest where she has interned extensively from Juvenile Justice to working as a school Social Worker. Apart from these, she loves reading, taking flat lay photographs, baking, storytelling, daydreaming and absolutely just being in nature. Recently she has had an opportunity to learn art as a medium of self expression and have been enjoying every bit of the process.
She is a strong believer in learning about oneself and the extensive knowledge around her. To her, being a jack of all trades is a positive idea as it has helped her take an interdisciplinary approach to work, study and life. Fluidity is crucial to her and that coming together, sharing, learning, unlearning, encouraging, uplifting and motivating each other prevents us from being stagnant.
