Kavant Fair is a blend of emotions, successful harvesting and family liaisons. Kavant is a colorful and vibrant ancient celebration in the Chota Udaipur region of Gujarat. The tribal people around the town of Kavant gather up in this village and celebrate with great energy and colors. The men wear belts that are filled with pebble gourds and also strings with brass bells. The performers paint their bodies with the paste made form ash and rice.
